Gulliford, a triumphant Hodgkin’s Lymphoma survivor, has invested a whopping $70,000 in tattoos since embarking on his inked journey back in 2009. His recent TikTok clip takes viewers on a visceral journey as he shares the experience of enduring an eyeball tattoo, a feat that required significant mental preparation.

Expressing the high stakes involved in the procedure, Gulliford remarked, “It was definitely high risk, high reward, especially since I’ve wanted it done for so long… and I’m still very happy with it three years later.”
The financial commitment to his unique form of self-expression extends beyond $70,000, with an astounding $10,000 allocated solely to the transformation of his eyes.Describing the mental fortitude required on the day of the eyeball tattoo in Houston, Texas, Gulliford admitted, “It took me a long time actually on the day once I walked into the shop to even psych myself up to get it done.” The unconventional procedure involves a needle penetrating all sides of the eyeball, more akin to an injection or modification than a traditional skin tattoo.
